Level-Up: Part 19 (Video)

Every Sunday I record my health achievements and discoveries for the week here. To find out why I decided to start doing this, you can read an explanation in the first post of the series here.

The reasons are explained in the video, but it seemed appropriate to make a short video this week rather than write a standard blog post. When I recorded this earlier this morning and when I recorded the last, I didn’t plan what I was going to say. I’d rather have a chat than write a script.  But there was something I forgot to mention in this video. Driving to and from the train station obviously saved me significant physical energy because I didn’t have to walk. I walk slowly, carefully and it takes a lot of effort to stay centred and upright. I wobble a lot. I’d be tired before I even got anywhere. As I move forward in travelling alone, I’m going to have to find a way around that. But for now, enjoy the video…
